    Admission Process

    The admission of candidates is strictly on merit basis, which in certain circumstances may be assessed by a written test and a personality test. The list of the selected candidates shall be displayed on the Institute Notice Board and the candidates will be intimated by post also. At the time of admission the candidate shall be required to submit the following documents :-

    Original Certificates of the Previous Examinations Passed.

    Original Mark-sheets of the Previous Examinations Passed.

    Three stamp size copies of the latest Photograph.


    The admission is open to the candidates of either sex. The candidate must be physically and mentally sound and free from any defect. Candidates shall be required to submit Medical Certificates. The basic educational qualifications required for the courses have been mentioned separately under each available course details in this prospectus. Prospectus and Application Form for admission are priced and available at the Institute Office on payment of Rs. 1500/- (One Thousand five Hundred) only. You can fill the enrollment form throught online. On request prospectus and application form can be sent by post should be accompanied by a Bank Demand Draft for Rs. 1550/- (One Thousand five Hundred Fifty) only. crossed in favour of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF HEALTH EDUCATION AND RESEARCH. payble at Patna.


    The application form should be duly filled-in and duly accompanied with attested copies of the certificates required. Incomplete forms may be rejected without intimation. The complete application form should be submitted to the institute by the specified date as advertised, either in PERSON OR BY REGISTERED POST :


    The fees of 1st year are realised in one instalment at the time of admission and for next year within the Ist week of commencement of new academic year. The fee will be accepted with a fine of Rs. 50/- per day til seven days after the due date. Thereafter the names of the students will be struck-off from the rolls of the instiute and the students will not be allowed to attend the classes and clinical duties onward.

    The student whose name is struck-off from the rolls of the institute may be re-enrolled, if allowed, with the re-enrolment fee which is equivalent to enrolment-fee. The maximum time for re-enrolment is one month only. Thereafter no application wil be entertained in this regard. Separate letters are not sent to parents or guardians to send fees for their wards. Fees once deposited shall not be refunded.


    Fee or levies charged by the Technical Board or University for examinations or otherwise shall be payable by the students in addition to the fees of the Instiute as and when demanded.


    Every student is required to attend at least 75% of the classes in each subject. Less attendance may debar the student from appearing at the examination.


    On the following grounds the name of the student may be struck-off from the rolls of the institute and in such case no refund of fee shall me admissible.
    1. Failure to pay the fees, rents and fines in time.
    2. Irregular or less than requisite attendance.
    3. Any kind of misconduct or indiscipline.


    The medium of instruction in all the courses is English. English text. as well as Spoken-English, are taught- exclusively to make the student fluent in English.

    • This is to notify that online registration process of 2020 batch for all masters and bachelor courses is started by the Patliputra University, Patna. All students are instructed to fill their online registration form on Patliputra university website (https://ppuponline.in) from 09/10/2021 to 11/10/2021 after clearing their all fee dues and get approval from the institute till 11/10/2021. Instruction to fill the online registration is mention steps wise below:- Step1:- Open https://ppuponline.in/registration_search.php link. Step2:- In search in box select registration no. (Paramedical/ BPED). Step3:- In Admission Reg. No/ B.ed Nouroll box type your date of Birth without any special character. (If Your Date of Birth is 10-10-1980 then put like this 10101980). Step4:- Select your date of birth in Date of Birth box. Step5:- Fill the blank boxes information correctly and upload the necessary documents. Step6:- Make Payment and submit the printout of the payment slip along with their registration form and original Migration Certificate in the institute office till 11/10/2021 lastly by 5pm.
